Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is Anna Silk (born January 31, 1974) is a Canadian actress most commonly known for her character Bo from the Showcase television series Lost Girl. Silk is an actress from Canada born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The daughter of Peter an academic, as well as Ilkay Silk, a prominent performer, actress, and playwright as well as Director of Drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her first memories when she was at rehearsals for play with her mom. Silk starred in numerous commercials for kids. Silk completed her studies at St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Early theater work includes at least two productions with Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk relocated to Toronto to pursue her acting career in order to improve, before moving after that, she relocated to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman met Silk at the Actors Workshop located in Los Angeles, in 2007. When she got engaged in 2008, they married in 2009. Following her conversion to Judaism, they were married again in a Jewish ceremony on 10 April 2011. The ceremony was held in Fredericton. Silk gave birth to an infant son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born child on the 13th of May 2016. Silk is famous for her role on television in the role of Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she was awarded a nomination by the Gemini Awards. The role was assigned to her of Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian television series Lost Girl in 2009. Silk was pregnant while shooting the final season of the third series. The actress announced her pregnancy to the viewers in the Showcase Season Three pre-show special of the 6th of January, 2013. Silk tweeted on June 20th 2013 that the series was returning in its production. Season Four began on June 4, 2013 with Showcase and Prodigy Pictures.
