Humans are adults, or animals is one that has grown to its full potential. Adults are social concepts as well as a legal concept within the world of humans. In contrast to a non-adult or "minor", a legal adult has attained the age of majority, and therefore is considered an independent, self-sufficient person and accountable. You can refer to them as"major" or "major". 18 years is considered as the age of legal maturity, however, this definition may differ by country, legal rights or mental development.

The period of human development in which full mental and physical maturity has been reached. The typical age for adulthood is the age of 21, or 20. In general, middle age is around 40 years old. It is followed by a period of approximately 60 years. In adulthood there are three distinct phases early adulthood (18-30 years), Middle Adulthood (30-60 years) and late adulthood (60%-60%). When we reach the early stage of adulthood (between 20 and 40), our bodies have reached their full maturity, even though our height and weight could increase slightly. During young adulthood we reach the peak of our physical abilities.
